Q: "I lost my password for the ETHOS Community website. I asked for a new one using my old login email and it took me to a page where I was asked to fill in my profile information. What gives? I already have a profile."

"I'm having problems configuring my profile page on the ETHOS Community. How do I.....?"

"When I press submit, my blog post goes away and doesn't post. What do I do if..."

A: We really wish we could help you on all these questions here, but The ETHOS World Community is hosted at Ning.com, so there's literally no way we can reset your password or help you with other features of the software. You need to get this kind of help from Ning.com's own help desk:
