	I can't see the page/download the pdf etc.

Solution Problem: you cannot see a page Maryam has directed you to and/or experience problems downloading the ETHOS Method pdf or other items.

First of all, relax, this happens. The materials are there, the pages are up, really they are. Hundreds of people hourly are downloading from our servers, and generally, we get very few reports of trouble. Unless we're having a power outtage (in which case we'll email you soon as the lights are back on), since others can see the pages and download the materials, the problem is very likely to be on your end.

Here's what you can do. First, flush your internet browser cache. Here's an article on how:

Second, check your internet security settings - you may have protections turned on that may not allow our website to open in your browser. While equipment and browsers vary, here's one tutorial:

Now close your browser program, reboot your computer and try the link you were given again. It should work. If it doesn't we're sorry, but that's as much help as we can be - we cannot do private mail-outs of the information you're trying to access.
