Solution Q: Hi, I signed up to get email from several of your different lists, but I'm getting too much email and don't have time to read it all. Can you unsubscribe me please?

A: If you're getting email you don't want from The Maryam Webster Group, it's easy to unsubscribe! There's a link at the bottom of each and every email we send out. We can't click the link for you, but you can, easily. Scroll down and you'll see it:

If you no longer wish to receive communication from us:
http://autocontactor.com/app/r.asp?ID=somefunnyoldnumber

Just click this link and you're unsubscribed - no hassle at all!

No problem. Just below the previous link will be one like this

To update your contact information:
http://autocontactor.com/app/r.asp?c=someotherfunnynumber

Just click that, and you'll be taken to a page where you can change your address. Easy.

Q: Hi, I'm a member of The ETHOS Method Community. I like the community, but I'm getting email from a group/ friends / comments on my blog posts etc. that I don't want to receive. Can you unsubscribe me please?

If you're getting email from The ETHOS Method Community you don't want, we have no way of unsubscribing you from that, but you CAN adjust your email preferences by clicking "Settings" in the top box on the right side of each page, underneath your name bar at http://ethosmethod.ning.com. Click "Email" on the left and choose which messages you do or don't want to receive.

If you don't want to get messages of interest to the entire community, unclick the box next to "Messages sent to the whole network" and save. From a group you belong to, then unclick "Messages sent to groups I belong to". There are many other options you can change on this page.

While it's not a good idea as you'll miss out on a lot, you can also select the bottom choice to receive no email at all, from friends, groups, or any source at the ETHOS Community.

When you change your options, don't forget to click "Save". That should do it!
